Learn to rid of negative thoughts whit yogaThe negative thought is a form of spirit materialized with yoga asana
When we think we do more than send vibrations into all directions and are subject to its consequences as the thoughts are positive or negative.
These vibrations issued to depend think because of our own thinking and generate ourselves in states such as joy, sadness, fear, generosity, happiness, stingy, hatred, tenderness, love, goodness, confidence, hope, guilt, etc..
Only we can help change negative thoughts by exercising our will by mobilising all the resources that we possess each of us as it is primarily our own energy.
We must be aware that attract anything for us in what we think: love attracts the love, hatred attracts the hatred, and that is the case with all other thoughts: generosity, guilt, etc.., As the thoughts of the same nature attract, especially the fear that is the most feared by all as we dwindling energy, weakens our character and we removed the initiative.
Each of our negative thoughts are going to destroy gradually; lose energy when our thoughts are with fear; hatred makes us inhuman, and so on., And so we are going to decline our forces and we are somehow self-destruct, psychologically or even physically, as to alter our nervous system we believe disease and pain.
In the same way that negative thoughts can destroy us, the positive thoughts help us to make us stronger and aggrandizement and consequently enjoy good health, harmony, peace, prosperity and happiness.
In our lives success and achievements through magnetism solo effort, determination and a positive attitude towards all things in life, just learning to draw the positives from our experiences of the past, present and the future looking so optimistic.
Ultimately the will should be very over the denial and allow the faith to win skepticism.
The large springs of our future and our success is solely and exclusively in our effort, our confidence, our faith, our internal work, our will, our energy.
We can not expect success in our lives remain immobile, passive, hoping that will give us things that others or we solve our problems.
We must stand strong and fight for achieving the goals or objectives that we chart using our will and courage are always ready to win.
Through meditation we must discover where it comes from our evil, that evil that makes us think in a negative way, since it is the only way to heal our thinking and our actions accordingly.
For landslides our negative thoughts can turn to our willpower to fight against them, trying to realize at every moment that if we are thinking in a negative way we should immediately banish from our minds that thought and positive change by one.
For example: "I have been dismissed from work but I am convinced that I will find one better"; "I'm afraid but I'm capable of doing by myself disappear from my mind", etc..
Also the auto would be a good way to change our negative thoughts by repeating positive affirmations to offset this negativity.
By using a large auto we are able to introduce these positive ideas to help us in our unconscious and in this way we are helping to combat preferably states of anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and so on.
This is because each day of the year memorize and repeat mentally, how many more times better, and an affirmation in this way we will introduce the idea deliberately or message repeated in the unconscious and become positive all our negative conditionalities.
For example: if we react so cowardly to life situations and introduce the message in the unconscious based repeating ourselves:
I am the courage and strength!
we will react so brave, that is positively, in any situation that before we felt that danger and possibly, at present, after strengthen our unconscious, we do not even appear as a dangerous situation.
Another important way to give our positive thoughts would be to the reflections, ie undergoing careful consideration and taking our own conclusions about our own thoughts and our actions in order to act accordingly in the most beneficial in our favour and for all beings that surround us.
It would also be advantageous to eliminate our negativity get in a state of mind and very passive in this position, use all our resources of imagination. The role that we then soon changed in reality and in this way we manage what we want, for example constantly repeating:
I have no fear, I escaped from fear!
Not to fear anything or anyone because I am strong enough and I can deal with any situation!
We must bear in mind that negativity can make our lives a real nightmare.
