I will get by all means forgetting all actions that I did in the past and for which I am not satisfied, stop blaming myself for that and used the same energy into positive thinking that I am not going to incur the same errors.

I will fight with all my strength to get out of this situation by ensuring my interests, focusing on the goals that I have proposed achieve in the future, in my values in my projects; cultivate a rich inner world.

Social Anxiety
