We must also bear in mind that breathing is extremely important when conducting the exercise relaxation.

The relaxation aware

To practice relaxation aware we must do in principle the relaxation of both body and mind and feelings or affection.
It is very important that the mind is not thinking to get the feelings are not active and consequently not make any effort body also be relaxed.

In relaxation aware we get to stay awake despite having achieved a high level of relaxation, in order to strengthen level of self-conscious, here and now.

To prepare before starting this form of relaxation, we should, in principle, practice for a while, if possible on a daily basis, both Hatha Yoga exercises such as breathing and relaxation, because its practice will lead us to become aware of everything we are exercising at the same time that the mind will learn to focus on only thing that would in any case the same year that we are doing, during that time trying to eliminate all kinds of thought alien to him.
