Lesson 17 Introduction to Meditation
In all times and places man wanted to find the path towards greater state of inner satisfaction, and has sought in the deepest of their hearts, even unknowingly, freedom, love and truth.
Some people commit more purpose and less, is only a matter of intensity. Meditation is the most noble part of Yoga, is not a technical but a mental state of inner peace of an independent stance and a physical place.
What we aim for this service is to publicize ways of accessing the mental field individually, learn to walk on one's own mind and operate it as if it were a muscle, know how laws and mentally be able to direct it to so closer to greater satisfaction in our internal daily every day.
That this internal state over the floor, and techniques, there is no need to learn to meditate meditation, there are people who simply accessing that state, even without labelled as meditators, simply because they want. Meditation is attainable for anyone who has a mind sufficiently quiet and clean.
They can offer the practice of meditation:
can help you improve your physical health and the health of your nervous system,
can give quality to your lifestyle,
strengthen your will,
give rest and mental force,
mental clarity and ability to make decisions,
help to know you psychologically,
guide to change what you need to change,
can help you find a greater meaning to your life.
Learning to meditate
The meditation exercises must always be possible to achieve in the same room of the house.
Also orientation must always be the same; looking northwards or eastwards.
The stay should remain, as long meditation, with the gate closed and in semi-darkness.
Seated comfortably in a chair with your legs slightly apart, the body upright, leaving the hands rested on the knees.

With daily meditation arrive, among countless other things, to be able to control our own thoughts, acquire a great willpower, intellectual power, serenity, balance physical, mental and spiritual.
The daily practice of meditation will give us tranquility, strength of mind, peace, strengthen our nervous system and consequently will improve our health.
One form of meditation that we can make would be to stay focused on something that we propose, for example on a beautiful landscape, allowing it to flow into our minds all the data or associations about this landscape.
During meditation in this instance, try to look with our minds all the details of the display: the trees, fields, different shades of green, birds flying over the landscape, the river that runs through the valley, the mountains, color of golden wheat, sky blue, and so on.
We could also after the hearing of each component of the landscape, closer to one of them, like a mountain and see the color of the earth, the bushes, the leaves of bushes, flowers that are in its branches , Its smallest details and even try smelling it, and so on.
In conducting this kind of meditation see how many ideas we have scattered in our minds as a result of having seen at different times of our lives and that at that time the meet in a single experience.
This year we will have done that for a while will help us to work with deepening our minds.
