CLASS 3 Breathing
Complete or deep the Breathing,
is fundamental actually of any type of Yoga that we practice. The breathing must be conscious, using the totality of our pulmonary capacity. In this way we will secure the process of oxygenation of the blood and consequently it will benefit the good operation from all our organism.
While we remain making the exercises of yoga, we will have to very
consider that the breathing only must never be realised by the nose and
by the mouth.
All this must accompany with a mental attitude by concentration and
relaxation to secure optimal results to mental, physical and spiritual
level, so that our body stays healthy or annuls the diseases that when
to practice must it.
The relaxation
The relaxation that comprises essential of yoga, is a complete
discipline.
By means of the general relaxation we secured suitable
states mental and affective. In this work he is essential to leave the
mind without thoughts, because otherwise we will not secure one
complete physical deep relaxation as as much psychological.
It is
important to secure this perfect relaxation being conscious of it,
since if we were also slept takes place a rest and relaxation state,
but of this form we will not secure a fortification of conscious I.
If
we relaxed being gracious it will be then when that it brings back to
consciousness that we are taking from we ourself in the physicist, the
mental thing and the affective thing, will be gotten up to brings back
to consciousness that we have of I.
It is the conscious relaxation the one that has a transforming effect
and of growth. The relaxation leads to reach new states of brings back
to consciousness deep.
The relaxation when it becomes conscious stimulates the power balance
of the physical body, releasing us of the contracturas and tensions who
can exist, something very natural due to the pressures which on a daily
basis we are put under and that brings about stress to us.
In the measurement that our affectivity and our body are calm and
relaxed, it will be it also our mind. If our mind takes care constantly
with imaginations it is signal that our affectivity is not calm, since
they are the emotions which stimulates to our imagination.
In order to
tranquilize our mind we will have firstly to work with the physicist
and later with the emotional thing and to calm the emotions we will
have to secure a peace state, of physical depth and tranquillity. If we put to the mind in disposition to observe the sensations of the body, being calm, we occupied to the mind in watching and not in thinking. Silence, practice that goes parallel to the relaxation, we must do it like independent exercise of this one. With silence we will discover that there is a reality that we had previously not perceived like the feeling us like a space, a sensation field, a vibratory field, really something very real.
Everything what we lose in extension within that field we will gain it in depth. Meditation With the meditation we will manage to change our mental operation from the conscious mind. In order to change our operation we will make mental it through our subconscious mind by means of the suggestion; and already when we get to reach levels meditation superiors, we will manage to change our mental field through supraconscious.
As we advance in this one practice we will be discovering as our form to react is the consequence of the valuation that we do of we ourself and who will as well be ligature to the valuation which we do of the world. The aim of the meditation, is to be able to establish the pacification and the calm of our mind. The meditation does not have to be done letting vagar the free mind, that to think; to meditate is to try to center our mind in a point. In order to exercise it we will have to use different instruments that serve to us as attention point as they could be: the flame of a candle, the beats of the heart, the own breathing, the sound of mantras, a river flowing, the murmur of the waves of the sea, the detail of a picture, etc., in this way we will manage little by little to diminish the creation of thoughts that they prevent us to concentrate to us. When we see pass a thought through our mind, we do not have to enlist to him, simply is necessary to let to him pass.
All the you practice of yoga lead to us to overcome our personal problems, modifying or extending the ideas that serve to us like conduct landlords or surpassing the habits that we have acquired and that are negative.
