CLASS 5 The therapeutic breathing and its effects Abdominal breathing
With the abdominal breathing we helped the good operation of our heart, regulated our internal and we lowered our high arterial pressure. The exercises of abdominal breathing, we can practice laid down them, standing up or also seated. During the exercise we will put our attention in the zone of the navel.
We will sink the belly while we expelled the air by the nose; we will
aspire slowly also by the nose while we make that the diaphragm
descends, of this form the abdominal wall rises towards outside while
the low part of the air lungs full. When expiring, the wall of the
abdomen sinks inwards and thus the expulsion of the air by the nose is
forced.
Average breathing
The average breathing will regulate the sanguineous pressure to us,
causing that our circulation is suitable by all the body, especially in
the kidneys, biliary vesicle, liver, stomach and spleen.
The exercises of average breathing like the abdominal one, we can do
laid down them, standing up or also seated.
With the average breathing we filled of air the average part of the
lungs and during the exercise they will remain the immovable belly and
shoulders.
We put all our attention in the ribs.
We expel all the air from the
lungs and later we began to aspire slowly by the nose, at the same time
we will be widening the ribs towards the sides.
We will see that when expiring, these are contracted forcing that the
air leaves by the nose.
Breathing superior
The breathing superior will help us to invigorate the hiliares
lymphatic knots of both lungs being aired completely the vertex of the
same.
During the accomplishment of this exercise of breathing we will leave
to the abdomen and the central part of the chest immovable.
Also this exercise of to breathing we can do it laid down, standing up
or also seated.
After focusing totally our attention on the lungs, we firstly expelled
the air lodged in the same. We inhale air by the nose slowly at the
same time as we elevated the collarbones and shoulders, of this form we
filled to the part superior of the lungs.
Next we expelled the air
again by the nose and thus the shoulders will be lowering slowly.
