The 7 exercises of PrênêyêmaPrênêyêma n°1
In order to make this exercise we were placed standing up, with the legs separated.
We are inhaling air slowly of the same form that in the breathing it completes.
With the arms extended horizontally towards ahead and the palms of hands touching the ground.
With the full air lungs, we make circular and rapids movements with the arms as if vanes were mill; three times towards the side straight and three towards the left.
Next we will expel the air by the mouth while we lowered the arms to the normal position.Prênêyêma nº 2
In order to make the exercise we were placed laid down in the ground, on the belly, mouth to low.
We will place the palms of the hands supported on the ground to the height of the shoulders (the fingers forwards).
We are inhaling air slowly of the same form that in the breathing it completes.
With the full air lungs, we will raise the body solely support to us with the palms of the hands and the toes.
Next we will make descend the body with smoothness.

In order to make this exercise we will be placed of stand up ahead of a wall.
We will extend the arms forwards and we will support the palms of the hands on the wall to the height of shoulders.
We are inhaling air slowly of the same form that in the breathing it completes.
We retain all the air in the lungs while we inclined forwards with the totally rigid body, doubling the elbows, until ours in front it touches the wall.
Next without letting support to us with the hands we return with the body rigid to the starting point.
We repeated these movements of two to four times followed and next we loosen with much force all the air that we had retained in lungs.Prênêyêma nº 4
In order to make the exercise we were placed standing up, with the legs separated.
Next we are inhaling air slowly of the same form that in the breathing it completes.
While we raised to the arms reaching the cross form and followed towards it arrives until the palms of the hands are joined over the head.
We retain the air in the lungs of six to twelve seconds and next we loosen the air of slow form and while it lasts the expiration we will go lowering the arms with the palms of the hands watching to the ground.Prênêyêma nº 5
In order to make the exercise we were placed standing up, with the legs separated.
We are inhaling air of the same form that in the breathing it completes:
Complete breathing with the extended arms horizontally forwards and the palms of the hands returned towards the ground.
With the full air lungs, we do movements rapids with arms of ahead towards back and vice versa of four to six times, trying that these always remain the month horizontal possible.
Next we expelled the air by the mouth with force while we lowered arms of slow form.Prênêyêma nº 6
In order to make the exercise we were placed standing up, with the legs separated.
We are inhaling air of the same form that in the breathing it completes:
Complete breathing but inhaling the air in small doses as if we were smelling a flower, until the lungs are completely full of air.
We will retain the air during a time, to our criterion, but that I will have to be included/understood between the 6 to 10 seconds (month or less) and soon we will expel it slowly by the nose.Prênêyêma nº 7
In order to make the exercise we were placed standing up, with the affluent body rectum and with the separated legs.
We will place the hands on the hips.
Next we are inhaling air of the same form that in the breathing it completes.
We will retain the air in the lungs brief moments and after we will expel it by the nose while we inclined the thorax (bust) slowly forwards.
We return to take air from slow form while we straightened the body again until the starting point.
Once this the raised body we make a small retention again of the air lodged in the lungs and next we began to expel from new the air by the nose while we inclined the thorax (bust) towards back
We return at the same time to starting point that we aspired again air to fill the lungs again.
