Exercises of breathing of cleaning

When we finish the exercises of Prânâyâma, we will end up making the exercise of the breathing of cleaning:

Exercise of breathing to expel toxins from blood and to stimulate the immunity of the organism

This exercise is very recommendable for those people who suffer chronic diseases.
With this made exercise daily I will obtain moreover that the person who executes it:

stimulate its immunity to the diseases;
eliminate toxins of blood;
avoid the headaches and diseases of the routes respiratory
increase the confidence in itself.

The exercise must be heightened of foot; five times to the day, in series of three.

In the first place the legs separate and it is expired totally draining the air lungs.

Next it is inhaled slowly by the nose until filling the lungs, like in the complete breathing.

Complete breathing
With the full lungs, we supported the lips on the teeth, letting a small opening to be able to let leave air, which we will eliminate in several times striving to us so that it leaves by the narrow orifice with abrupt movements and rapids while we put our attention in the intercostal, abdominal muscles and in the diaphragm, that be working at the same time that we do series of expirations


after s of a brief rest we return to begin with same exercise, until completing the three series.
