CLASS 3 Milanese of Soy

Of the foods with soy, the Milanese of soy is the good known one and accepted in our mean. There are countless variants for this preparation.

Here I offer some of my preferences:

Milanese of Soy I

Ingredients:

3 cups of flour of soy

1 cup of flour with gluten

1 cup of rolled fine oat

Salt and ginger pinches

Broth or tepid water with a spoonful of dehydrated basil: sufficient quantity: among a cup and he/she mediates and two

Grated bread or rebozador

Procedure for their Preparedness:

To blend in a bowl the flours and the oat with the condiments, to add the necessary water until obtaining a consistent bun
To take portions of pasta and to form buns, to smooth them until arriving approximately to a grosor of 6 mm, to go by the rebozador and to give them the wanted form
To place in badge oiled in warm oven until gilding, to give turn to gild both faces.

With this prescription, depending on the size that makes the Milanese, obtains 10 units.

Important: not to spend of cooking, because if not the product becomes hard.

Council:

1. If it won't use all the Milanese, keep them in the freezer, with separatory or first freeze them without superimposing and then it heaps them.
2. He/she can cook them in common oven without defrosting previously or in microwaves.
The temperature of this should be in the position to bake and a minute of each side.
3. He/she can prepare them to the Swiss: adding a feta of cheese when he/she gives them turn and to accompany with tomato slices.

He/she notices: If he doesn't like the basil, replace it for the grass that more he likes it.
