CLASS 5 Pickle of soy
Ingredients:
2 cups of bean of soy soaked more than 12 hs.
1 average onion cut in Julian
1 average carrot cut in Julian
1 sump of coffee of oleum
2 sumps of coffee of apple vinegar
pepper in grain
laurel
Procedure for their preparedness:
To take the soaked soy and to boil hour ¾, to retire of the fire and to overturn the water.
A boil of ½ hour is given, without it is very cooked the bean.
The water is overturned.
To place in a pot the beans, the vegetables together with the vinegar and the oleum.
To add four black pepper grains and a laurel leaf.
To cook to slow fire until the beans and the carrots (approximately 15 minutes) are cooked.
To place in a rigid vessel with cover and to keep once in cooler cold.
Variant: To add white of cut chicken in cubes.
