CLASS 7 Pan of soy

Ingredients

2 cups of cooked beans of soy

1 onion

1 sweet pepper

1 carrot

1 zapallito

1 fine slice of zapallo

1 potato

10 plump chauchas

2 spoonfuls of oleum

Broth of vegetables

1 spoonful to the level of Oregan

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Procedure for their preparedness
To cut the vegetables in small cubes. To braise the onion and the blow, to add the remainder of the cut vegetables and two cups of broth, the oregano. To cook to moderate fire during five minutes, to add the soy, to season to taste and to allow to cook more five minutes. To control that the preparedness is cooked and have the necessary broth, to make the necessary corrections.

Variant: to add choclo grains or integral previously cooked rice. To season with paprika.
