Sauce with Soy for Past
INGREDIENTS:
* Flesh of soy
* Onion
* Tomatoes
* Garlics
* Natural triturated tomato (it beats)

* English sauce

* Olive oil
* Fresh basil
* Oregano
* Laurel
* Bird broth

Put to boil the soy with some salt. Once empieze to boil leaves it about 5 minutes, then strain it, wash it under the faucet and it lets that it is slippery very well to eliminate remains of water, and he/she reserves.
In a big saucepan, to slow fire, it fries lightly 2 average onions, 3 mashed cloves of garlic and some fresh chopped basil until the onion becomes transparent. He/she adds the flesh of soy and also fry lightly it, it dews with 1 teaspoonful of English sauce and 2 spoonfuls of sauce of soy. Put some oregano and a couple of laurel leaves.
He/she adds 2 big tomatoes cut in bolsters and 1 cup of natural triturated tomato of can diluted with 1/2 cup of wine I tint and the cup of broth and blend it very well. Put 1/2 liter of water then, 1 spoonful of sugar and it peppers to your taste. Mantén the fire to the minimum during 1 hour (half hour covered to concentrate flavors and half uncovered hour so that he/she reduces the liquid).
It serves this sauce on the very warm pasta, and it sprinkles with a good Parmesan cheese or pecorino.
